The ISSO offers advising services online through iComet. You can send a message to an advisor and receive a response through your iComet Portal. All admitted prospective students, current students, and alumni on OPT have access to the iComet Portal.

  2. Click on "Ask an Advisor" and select the eForm.
  3. Follow the instructions on the screen to navigate through the eForm.
The Ask an Advisor eForm provides answers to many common questions. If your question is not listed, you will have the option to write out your question and receive a response from an advisor. The ISSO advisor's response will be posted in your iComet Portal homepage.

For an approximate response time, please visit our Processing Times webpage.
